Product overview

The main materials of rock wool products are high quality natural rock such as basalt , gabbro , dolomite, plus suitable binding agents. Being smelted in high temperature these materials will be off centered into fibber by a four rool centrifuge and collected later by a collective strap , these fibbers will be solidified, cut into different specification.The product have the features of non-flaming, low heat transfer coefficient, sound insulation , and good chemical durability. This material is economical , perfect and good in thermal insulation quality. The water repellent rate of the water-proof rock wool products can reach as high as 98%. Since there is no fluorine or chlorine in these products , they will not erode the equipments . The products include:board , felt, felt stitching, cover felt, belt and pipe shell.

Products are exported to Europe, North America, Japan and Korea, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and HONGKONG and Taiwan. The main products are: rock wool for exterior wall insulation, rock wool board for roof insulation, rock wool board for fire prevention, marine rock wool products, rock wool for color steel sandwich board, rock wool wire mesh and glass fibre cloth, agricultural rock wool products, insulation pipe shell and rock wool engineering fibers,ceramic fiber blanket ,ceramic fiber board ,glass wool board ,glass wool blanket ,glass wool pipe ,calcium silicate board etc.
